To ensure our quality standards are always upheld, we apply stringent and demonstrable checks. Quality control procedures include: • Real time quality checks by the on-site  supervisor; • Retrospective quality checks by the on-site supervisor; • Follow up quality checks by the Quality Control Manager; • Data Log checks daily which highlight any inconsistencies; • Quality checks per team member are measurable against the individual’s experience: 1. New Starter = 100% of items checked 2. 1 Week Experience = 50% of items checked 3. Semi-Experienced = random checks c20% 4. Experienced = random checks to ensure standards are being upheld • The final quality check encompasses a random sample across the entire library
