A great team, led by a fab Calan, nothing too much trouble. The guys had to put up with lots of building noise but were so good, no complaints from us, although we would have liked one of their work stations! The retrospective tagging phase was completed on schedule, and we were very satisfied with the standards achieved in terms of professionalism, performance and quality of work. I found them very hard working and pleasant to get on with. The speed at which they converted the books in the Southend Area was truly outstanding. They worked fast to move the books, and followed the new plan well so that everything ended up in the correct location.
